These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pkr2ea ("pkr2ea", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://pkr2ea.app and related mobile applications.

By registering an account, accessing any area of the pkr2ea platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the pkr2ea platform, including players, visitors, and any third party who interacts with our services. To register and maintain an account on pkr2ea, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr2ea strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds held pending verification, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of pkr2ea or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously had an account terminated by pkr2ea for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period applied through pkr2ea's responsible gaming tools.

pkr2ea makes no representation that the services offered are legal in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing pkr2ea's services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pkr2ea. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to promptly update your account information whenever any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Immediately notifying pkr2ea at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that you log out fully from your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

pkr2ea uses Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal functionality suspended.

pkr2ea processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bonuses, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied on the platform side; however, your payment provider may apply their own exchange or processing fees independently of pkr2ea.

Accepted payment methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. pkr2ea reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring that their nominated payment method is valid, registered in their own name, and compliant with their bank's terms.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to KYC verification status and payment provider processing times.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, unless otherwise approved by pkr2ea's finance team.
• pkr2ea does not accept deposits from or make payments to third parties. All funds must originate from and return to accounts held in the registered player's own name.

pkr2ea reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may include requesting source-of-funds documentation. Processing of withdrawals may be paused pending the outcome of any investigation, bonus review, or KYC check without liability to pkr2ea.

pkr2ea offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are awarded to a single registered account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live dealer games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement on an active bonus has been met, pkr2ea reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated winnings prior to processing the withdrawal.

All games and betting markets on pkr2ea are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or real-time live dealer systems supplied by licensed third-party providers. pkr2ea does not directly control the outcome of any game or event; results are determined by the underlying game software or live event outcome.

• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the player except where explicitly permitted under specific game or market rules.
• pkr2ea reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, pkr2ea's server records shall be the final authority on the state of the game at the time of disconnection.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the individual game interface and may change without notice.
• pkr2ea does not guarantee the continuous availability of any game, market, or feature. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or provider-side outages may temporarily affect access.

For sports betting, pkr2ea follows the rules of the relevant governing sports body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL markets, ICC for international cricket). In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or replay under materially different conditions, pkr2ea reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with industry-standard rules published on the relevant market page.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr2ea platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, AI tool, or mechanical device to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in any manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported immediately to pkr2ea's support team; failure to do so and any exploitation of the issue will result in forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing hand information in poker, or conspiring to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with pkr2ea.
• Opening or operating accounts on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and the knowledge of pkr2ea.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies specifically designed to abuse pkr2ea's bonus programme.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkr2ea staff, other players, or any third party connected to the platform.

pkr2ea is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the platform. Online gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. pkr2ea strongly encourages players to set personal limits and to be aware of the risks associated with gambling.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pkr2ea account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen reminders at set intervals to encourage periodic breaks during gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month to assist with budget management.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform.
• Use the pkr2ea name, logo, or branding in any context without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the platform.

pkr2ea collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal information collected includes registration details, KYC documentation, financial transaction records, gameplay history, device and browser information, and communications with our support team. This data is used to operate the platform, verify identity, process payments, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr2ea, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

pkr2ea's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr2ea does not warrant that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free from interruption or technical errors.
• Any particular game or betting market will remain available indefinitely.
• The platform is free from viruses or other harmful components (though we take reasonable measures to ensure this).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your pkr2ea account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks.

pkr2ea reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy may apply).
• Court order, regulatory direction, or legal requirement.

Upon termination for cause, pkr2ea reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation, and to permanently forfeit any bonus funds. Decisions made under this section are final subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 13.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr2ea holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to pkr2ea's internal complaints procedure as described below.

Internal Complaints Procedure: If you wish to raise a complaint, you should contact our support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint in writing. pkr2ea will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case we will notify you of the expected resolution timeframe.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by pkr2ea's licensing authority. Details of this body are available upon request from our support team.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

pkr2ea reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly displayed. Where changes are material, pkr2ea will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the pkr2ea platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.
